Select a Report window
Purpose
Use this window to establish report criteria and generate the User Listing report or Groups and their Members report. Compared to generating these reports from the Select a Users report window or Groups and their members window, those windows offer the option to generate the reports for an individual employee or group.
To access this window
Click Reports on the Employee/Group Administration window.

Item descriptions
Item | Description |

Users report (select Type) |
Select this option to generate the User Listing report. Then select Listing or Group membership. Listing generates the report with the number of groups each employee has access to. Group membership generates the report with the name of each group each employee has access to. |
Groups report (groups and their members) | Select this option to generate the Groups and their Members report. |
Include these users area |

Select to generate the report for all employees (active and inactive), only active employees, or only inactive employees. |
